Michele McHenry, RN, MBA, is a retired CEO, entrepreneur, speaker, and international best-selling author with more than 30 years of experience leading businesses, developing leaders, and helping individuals discover and fulfill their God-given potential. As the founder and CEO of a successful multi-million-dollar company, Michele spent decades building teams, navigating growth, and leading through the opportunities and challenges that accompany business ownership and executive leadership. Her journey has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to build a thriving business while stewarding faith, family, health, and purpose. A founding member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Michele has dedicated much of her career to leadership development and personal growth. Her commitment to servant leadership is reflected in the many leadership roles she has held throughout her career, including Chamber of Commerce President, Rotary President, ABWA Chapter President, Stonecroft Women's Connection Chair, and board leadership positions within numerous business and community organizations. As a registered nurse, business owner, and executive leader, Michele brings a rare perspective that bridges leadership, health, faith, and Kingdom impact. Having worked with leaders in healthcare, business, and nonprofit sectors, she understands that sustainable leadership requires more than vision and strategy. It requires the wisdom to steward our health, relationships, faith, and influence in a way that honors God and sustains the calling He has placed on our lives. Today, Michele speaks and teaches on leadership, faith, health, purpose, and legacy, helping leaders move beyond success as the world defines it and embrace the deeper life God designed them to live. Having spent decades in business, healthcare, and leadership, she has learned that lasting fruit is not produced through striving alone, but through remaining deeply rooted in Christ and faithfully stewarding the calling He has entrusted to us. Our Story

The Birth of Convergence: Called Deeper

The journey of Convergence: Called Deeper began in 2022 at a faith conference in Dallas, Texas, where Natalie Lavelock, Katelyn Silva, and Michele McHenry found themselves gathered around a small lunch table. Though their professional paths were distinct—spanning healthcare leadership, publishing, and executive coaching—each woman was walking through a profound personal season of surrender, stripping away external metrics of success, and longing for deeper spiritual roots. As they shared their hearts, a shared blueprint was born on a simple napkin. They recognized a critical gap in the modern marketplace and church alike: faith-driven leaders and couples were achieving outward success but quietly suffocating under the weight of performance, striving, and isolation. In that moment, the Holy Spirit dropped a unified vision into their hearts—initially called "The Secret Place"—revealing that God was weaving their highly complementary gifts together not to help people build bigger platforms, but to cultivate the deep internal foundations required to sustain lasting Kingdom impact.

A Holy Invitation to Stop Striving

What began as a quiet download years ago has converged into a strategic mandate for this exact season. Natalie, Katelyn, and Michele realized that God was orchestrating a "holy interruption" for marketplace leaders, entrepreneurs, and couples who are tired of running on the treadmill of self-sufficiency. Convergence: Called Deeper exists to offer a sacred pause from the noise and pressure of leadership, inviting participants to transition from operating out of obligation to abiding in intimacy. The hosts believe God is shaking traditional paradigms of business and marriage, calling families into radical unity and bold, unashamed faith. Ultimately, this gathering is an invitation to examine the roots beneath the fruit—proving that the highest calling is not to exhaustively build for God, but to walk intimately with Him, trusting that the most powerful legacies are born out of absolute surrender in the Secret Place.
